Many of us eat in a compulsive way as a defence against our feelings. this session explores the habitual use of food to either separate you from uncomfortable feelings, eating to bury emotion, or cover-up pain. It works to free you from this habit and establish a new response pattern.

This session works on the resistance part of you resolving the internal ambivalence some people have when pursuing a healthier eating plan. Working to bring every part of you, the conscious mind and the unconscious mind in line and heading for the same goal.

We all know how important some form of exercise in an effort to get fitter. This session includes embedded suggestions encouraging a desire to exercise both formerly and informally. A recording will be given, and It is important to continue using recording even if you cannot consciously remember what it was going on.

Eating more slowly allows you to gain the maximum enjoyment out of our food. developing respect for your body and care over what you put in it, this session also puts you use of food into perspective.

Many of us use food as some distorted means of self-definition. Food of course is crucial for life but using food as something other than fuel for our body can be very destructive. This session puts food back into its proper place in the order of things encouraging other healthier ways of defining yourself.

This session encourages you to become actively involved in your eating habits at every level. Stop passive shopping. Developing discernment over what you eat, educating your shopping habits, stopping impulse buying and consumption.

Have you ever considered the possibility that you are overweight as some sort of self-punishment? This session helps eradicate false beliefs, dispelling any reasons held unconsciously, allowing excessive weight to provide a way of not being the way you can be.

A goal orientated session designed to encourage the release of negative beliefs and influences. It allows you to stay take stock of and incorporate past experiences and present resources, to help overcome anything that is standing in the way of the future you deserve. Confidence and resources increase as you gently focus your conscious mind and your unconscious mind on becoming the very best you can be, living up to your dreams with a new sense of energy and enthusiasm.
